Positioning donut labels on the outside

Hi folks,

I am sure that this has probably been asked and answered in other places, if so please point a noob in the right direction. But if not…does anyone know how to get the labels and values on a donut chart to appear on the outside of the ring? There doesn’t seem to be an option to set an offset and right now the values are a little hard to read…

I am on version v11.1.3.

Not using the stock pie chart , unless you want to use the legend approach on left.
