I installed a couple of plugins using the grafana cli and they appeared to be installed successfully. After restarting the server they are not among the list of installed plugins. I only see the plugins that came with the installation.
I can see the new plugin data in the plugins directory. Are the permissions OK?
Does the Community Edition have restrictions on plugins?
