Page not found when I clicked on the "is used by 1 notification policy" in the Contacts Points page

Whenever I click on the “Is Used By 1 Notification Policy” link, I am redirected to a “Page Not Found” error. The URL I am taken to is:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: https://abc.com/visualizer/visualizer/alerting/routes?contactPoint=Sebastians+Emails

However, the correct URL should be:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: https://abc.com/visualizer/alerting/routes?contactPoint=Sebastians+Emails

It seems that an extra “visualizer” is being appended to the URL, and I’m not sure why this is happening.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any help would be appreciated! I’m also attaching screenshots for reference.

Thanks for reporting this!

It looks like the issue is related to how the URL is being generated. We’ve recently fixed some bugs around incorrect link generation in the Grafana UI, so upgrading to the latest Grafana version may resolve the problem.

Could you please confirm the Grafana version you’re using, and whether it’s OSS, Cloud, or Enterprise? That will help us determine if this is a known issue in your version or something new.
