Polystat text manipulation of variable ${__cell_name} for Clickthrough URL

Hi together, how can i manipulate the variable ${__cell_name} for Clickthrough URL in my case the ${__cell_name} incl. hostname & Service I want to split them into two variables for using in the Clickthrough URL (?‘hostname’[^,]*) this is the regex for matching the hostname the values of ${__cell_name} looks like hostname, servicename how to handover this in the URL ???
