Notification Policy matching not working

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using? v8.5.0, Ubuntu

  • What are you trying to achieve? Build alerts using the new Unified Alerting

  • How are you trying to achieve it?

    1. Add alert rule and labels to it. Ex = service=celery
    2. Add Contact Point to Slack with webhook. Test works fine.
    3. Create a Notification Policy. Set matching rule to service="celery"

  • What happened? Alert not received on Slack.

  • What did you expect to happen? Alert to be received on Slack

  • Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were. No
