No options displayed at Data source Settings except Delete and Back

Hello everyone,

your help is highly appreciated.

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?

  • v12.3.0 /windows 10 pro

  • What are you trying to achieve?

  • Configure a Data source for Microsoft SQL

  • How are you trying to achieve it?

  • Connections==> Datasources==> mssql

  • What happened?

  • At settings the only available options are Delete and Back.

  • What did you expect to happen?

  • I should see fields like Name, Host, Database, Authentication, and Additional settings on the MSSQL data source Settings page. [MSSQL configure]

  • Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?

  • I am on default configuration.

  • Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were.

  • No errors

  • Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL?

  • Yes consulted Grafana Grot allready and checked online documentation ( Configure the Microsoft SQL Server data source | Grafana documentation ). Has no relevant info for this.

Is the version… happened the same with the version V12.3.0 in windows 11 pro… changed it for the 10.0.0 version, and works for me, can edit the data sources.

Thank you very much.
The installation is based on windows 10 pro.
Tried with previous version 12.0.0 and configuration options are available now.

Is this a bug in latest version?
