NetCrunch Datasource - ifInOctets to bytes/sec?

Hey there,

I’m new to grafana, and have installed the netcrunch app to link into our netcrunch data. The problem I’m having is that on my networking devices, the snmp data is being sent over in octets instead of bits/bytes. Is there a way to perform some operation on the data when showing it on the graph? I’m not using this for alerting or anything, just as a dashboard.

Aren’t octets the same as bytes in this case? From wikipedia:

The term is often used when the term byte might be ambiguous, as the byte has historically been used for storage units of a variety of sizes.

They are both 8 bits so I think you can just use the IEC byte unit:
