Multiple time series with same style overide

i have multiple time series that share the same hosts data source .
not all the graphs have all the hosts.
is it possible to configure a style pattern once and share it across all of them?
for example if host have “name1” choose green. “name2” choose blue…

this should be possible with value mapping. have you tried that?

I am looking for something generic and use it more then once, on multiple panels and dashboards
