Yeah you said you were already on the pro tier, that is why i said you should log a ticket, as the pro should give you the license according to the documentation…
As i have researched, i couldn’t find any license and i guess that i must upgrade to upper level for my account to have the license.Am I right?

Hi , i used this custom plugin : https://github.com/JamesOsgood/mongodb-grafana?tab=readme-ov-file .
This open-source plugin is not supported alerting by Grafana, can i customize it to have the alert in grafana ?
Can you guess how i can customize to have the alert?
