I know that one can execute a case insensitive search in Loki by using the (?i) flag, but it is very annoying to have to use this for ever search, and while small is a deal breaker for moving my company from our existing log tool to Loki.
I have bee looking at the issues in the Github for Grafana and Loki for information on making Loki case insensitive by default. I found this PR which seems to indicate a feature was merged that makes is case insensitive, but the docs as well as actually testing Loki indicate otherwise.
