It looks like Grafana has an annotation list plugin as a part of the core codebase. But I am unable to find any mention of the Annotation List Plugin in the Grafana GUI or documntation. Does anyone know how to use the plugin?

You need to have annotations enabled in your dashboard and then you can have a table showing them.
