Links in Canvas panel

Hi everyone! I want to add links to some grafana item. I followed the forum question:

However i have a problem: my metric value item is associated to a field and when i use the override property relative to the same field, the link doesn’t appears. Instead, for example, if i associate the item with the base field name (value) the process work and i see the link.

Solved! Following the second process of the community topic above indicated it works. I don’t know why it works since that the item is the only which use that field, but in this way it seems to work.
