Is it possible to have button to scroll time on graph?

Is it possible to scroll chart right/left ?
I have “Last 1 hour” time range selected and want now to move it back and forrward hour by hour something like button “previous/next” and if I change time range then it will move back and forrward by that time range

Normally you should scroll using the time filter, indeed what you are asking is a feature request :
