Importing dashboard by id

I saw a video for grafana wherein the person Imported a dashboard by ID. Where is this list of dashboards and their IDs plea?

That’s ID (gnetId property in the dashboard json model) from Dashboards | Grafana Labs - “central dashboard repository”, where anyone can publish own dashboards. There is also a lot of duplicated dashboards - e.g. minimal change in the dashboard, but it is uploaded as a new dashboard.
