I want to do some localization of grafana (chinese) and I have found out these files, such as public\app\features\dashboard\partials\settings.html. But the changes don’t work. Can anybody help me？

I’ve changed some fields at html but even after service restart - i see no changes…
Is there any solution about Grafana localize?
