Howto organize Grafana when number of dashboards increases a lot

Hi all,
We are newbies in Grafana.
We would appreciate feedback on how to organize dashboards for various sorts of users. Some users can see some dahsboards and others, other db.
What is your experience ?
Use of playlists, organizations, roles, tags, …

If you want to isolate dashboards & data sources from some users you need to use organizations.

We are working on user groups & dashboard permissions that will allow permissions on dashboards & dashboard folders within a single organization. This will be available in Grafana 5.0

OK. I do that.
I just want to isolate dashboards. Not Data Sources.
If i remember well, i can play with the URL to give to some users a
single organization.
