Please note: We do not currently accept contributions for translations. Please do not submit pull requests translating grafana.json files - they will be rejected. We do accept contributions to mark up phrases for translation

thank you for reply.
I had already took a look on the doc.
I undestood that flow for language that cannot be directly with PR.
Anyway, reading careful the documentation, I noted that a new language can be submitted via crowdin.
Could there be a documentation on that or could you please describe the process?
I was wondering, how could I provide the Italian translation via crowdin for applying it to the PR.
