How to upload dashboards as .json files to kubernetes via helm

is there any way to provision dashboards (and alerts) without using k8s-sidecar at all or bypassing it?

Grafana v10.1.1 (0cfa76b22d) I am trying to provision alerts and dashboards from helmchart/gitLab to Kubernetes cluster. I can NOT use k8s-sidecar container right now at my production environment, do not ask why.
