I used to have alert markers in some of my graphs as seen in this picture I found in another forum post (https://community.grafana.com/t/alert-markers-on-graphs-how-to-hide-show/41929):

Hi! Annotations for alerts were broken in Grafana 9.3. There is a fix for this coming out in Grafana 9.3.7 and 9.4.1.
