How to make a particular cell value in table visualization as hyperlink using data links

where ever used to cell value in table visualization as hyperlink with datalink ${__data.fields} getting extravalue as 25 after every %

example :
actual url: https://grafana.com/params/sc_req_time.do%fysys
after enable hyperlink : https://grafana.com/params/sc_req_time.do%25fysys

can any one help here

%25 is the url encoded value for the % symbol

does the link not work?
