How to highlight point in graph from hovering over line graph on dashboard

So I have a dataset that I am attempting to graph.

I am wanting to be able to as I highlight a point in any of the line graphs on the dashboard I want to see a geospatial point light up on my geo map. IS this possible and if so How can I do it?
