How to hide panel query in grafana

I do not understand your question correctly as to why OR for what specific reason you want to hide the Query tab ?

I want to hide the query panel from the viewer for security reasons,
I want the viewer to be able to modify the configuration (change axis , change the type of graph).
I changed the permission
viewers_can_edit=true
and now i want to hide the query panel.

So, I think this is not possible to allow users to change the x, and y-axis and also hide the query panel at the same time.
You may hide it completely by e.g. creating a new user and setting its role as “viewer” only and not being a port of admin org. then that user only can view the dashboard graphs and cannot view the “Query” panel option.
