Can any one please help me how to create custom Plugins, as i’m very new to grafana. Suggetions and guidance are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Otherwise a good tip is to find a plugin that is similar to the one you want to build and starting by copying that one. For data sources, some good starter plugins are:
