How to create private dashboard for each user in grafana?

Hi,
I’m amateur in grafana.
I want a public dashboard for all users, and Each user can create their own dashboard and see only that dashboard.
In fact, I want the dashboard settings to be different for different users.

You can use Dashboard Permissions to set permissions for a specific dashboard.
