How to change url from http://grafana.staged-by-discourse.com to http://report.graf.com

hi, i am new to grafana just extracted the setup file on our windows server machine.
we can access the page by putting the url: http://ipaddress:portnumber
how can i change the above url to http:report.graf.com so can access.
