How to accomplish a pre-defined/canned dashboard across multiple Grafana instances?

Here’s what I’m looking to accomplish, I can imagine I’m just missing the part of documentation or the web interface that shows how to do this. Basically I’d like to have a dashboard that i can plug into multiple Grafana instances, or “ship” with a custom Grafana deployment.

Is that currently possible?

Currently, that’s not something we support beyond exposing the API.

One third party tool that we recommend people to use is https://github.com/utkarshcmu/wizzy

Eventually, we want to add better support for importing dashboards from disk/git
