I have created a panel with HTML content and I want a fixed scroll bar that appears everytime and change its color according to need. Is that possible?
Also, can I change templating variables so that the appropriate HTML panels are flashed and vanished from the dashboard screen.
I am unable to use CSS on dashboards. Is it not allowed?
