Have an existing Icinga2 / Icingaweb2 Server and another CentOS 7 with Grafana / InfluxDB, how to connect?

Hi, quite new to Grafana
How can I get statistic data from my Icinga2 Server over to the InfluxDB running on another Server with Grafana ?
Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
