Guidance: Continue with V2 (experimental) or revert to Classic

We previously made a decision that we now regret, moving away from Grafana’s Classic dashboard schema in favor of the experimental V2 schema.

We are now facing a decision: either roll back our app, which is running in production, to the Classic schema and convert approximately 10 dashboards from v2alpha1 to Classic, or remain on V2 and accept the risk that this choice may lead to future issues—potentially requiring even more dashboards to be rewritten later on.

I would say that’s a key question. What level of the risk are able to accept? I would say it’s OK for small instance (a few users), but it will be a huge risk for enterprise (hundreds+ users) instance to use experimental Grafana feature in production.
