Need to create graph bar like this

Also I got two metrics:

harbor_project_quota_usage_byte

harbor_project_quota_byte

Is it possible to create bars like this ?

Use a Table visualization. For the usage bar, create an override on that cell and set cell optionsType to Gauge.
