Grafana use Zabbix Host Tag

Hello,

I’m creating a dashboard for a client, he uses Host Tags to separate Hosts by branch of his company, but I didn’t find a way in Grafana to use Zabbix’s Host Tag as a Dashboard filter.

Is it possible to use Host Tag in Grafana?
