Grafana UI Changes Not Reflecting

Hi i installed grafana 4.6.3 i my local system(windows).Now i am trying to change some html in login page.But when i am going to see in browse it’s not reflecting there.I also tried to restart the server but still it’s not reflecting the new changes.

I also tried to change the logo but any thing related to html is not reflecting.

Can you plz help me out. Waiting for quick response from your side.

You need to rebuild grafana from source for changes to take effect

I am not able to generate built in windows…all commands is running from command prompt after running this commands npm run watch i got [built] 1710 hidden modules [at-loader] Ok, 3.264 sec.After this noting is coming up even i am not getting bin folder inside my grafana.
