Grafana Sidebar in newest cloud version - Disable

Hi, the newest version there is a sidebar on the right in the cloud version.

Is there an option to disable it?

It looks horrible on a Smartphone because it steals mutch display space.
Can i move it to the top?

You cannot disable it.
You cannot move it to the top.
In Grafana Cloud, this UI element is not configurable via:
General settings
Dashboard settings
Feature toggles
CSS overrides (Cloud doesn’t allow custom CSS)
Grafana.ini

Is there anyway to disable or move the sidebar in an on-prem (OSS or Enterprise) ?

It is single handedly one of the worst if not THE worst UI decisions Grafana has made. Right hand side is almost exclusively used by the scroll bar for like 30 years. Who one earth thought this is a good idea ?

This is a complete waste of valuable screen real estate. Please allow us to remove it.
