Not sure. I did a reverse lookup for the second ip and its googleusercontent.com. So maybe you tried to login with Google OAuth?
The first ip I could not resolve. Maybe one of your data sources?
107.178.222.220 is grafana.com. It will be your instance checking for new plugin/dashboard versions
151.101.100.133 is the fastly cdn. Not 100% sure what that is, but could be from publishing to the snapshots.raintank.io
