What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
Grafana v6.3.2 (4832460) -
What are you trying to achieve?
Grafana is gathering the information cisco ASR router 1001-X
but only it is not able to get the information outbound traffic of the interface port-channel.
Another physical Gi0/0/0 interfaces and Tunnel10 interfaces are okay. -
How are you trying to achieve it?
I have compared the configuration with another router about SNMP.
because another router is getting the usage on the interface.
I didn’t find the SNMP configuration missing when I compare it. -
What happened?
only port-channel interfaces issue of one router ASR1001-X
but another same router cisco ASR1001-x is the same hardware. -
What did you expect to happen?
I expect gathering the interface usage about outbound traffic of the port-channel on the Cisco ASR1001-X -
Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?
I don’t know how I get the configuration from grafana
but I give the information snmp config on the both router. -
Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were.
I don’t see an alert relying on the issue.

- Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL?
I didn’t change it. it happened and started a very long time ago.
