Grafana import dashboard button is missing

Hi,
I am able to export the dashboard from grafana UI but I cant import any dashboard from JSON file. On Manage screen the import button is missing. How to enable the import button? Please help me.
Grafana version - 5.1.4

If you do not see the import please update to v5.2.4
