I was curious if it was possible to customize the alert rules to include a time stamp when a service/device has gone down. For example using probe_succes, the email would have "Firewall Houston @ 172.65.24.9 has gone down at xx:xx:xx am/pm on month/date/year.
Overall, any ideas on how to include time stamps and other “add-ons” to have alerts be more detailed and accurate. Also, how do you have the hyperlinks in the emails like “Silence Alert” direct you to your dashboard and not community.grafana.com?
