I’ve got two users with Grafana admin ticked, however when one of the users adds a new organisation, the other user can’t see that org until it is explicitly added in their permissions list.
I thought Grafana admin meant they had access to all orgs by default, is this not how it’s supposed to work?
Can your admin user not see all the organizations under global orgs (see below)? The switch to list under the user menu is for organizations where that user is a member.
Sorry I realised that I was misunderstanding how it worked, I thought being a global admin gave them access to all orgs by default, but it doesn’t, it just allows them to add themselves
