Grafana 7.1 beta 1 failed on starting on Windows server

When i install the new 7.4 beta 1 version on my server by copying the new files over the old (except for the toml setup) i get an error when starting/restarting the service.

Windows could not start the service but the service did not return an error.

Anybody else got this error?

Did you check the logs :

<grafana_install_dir>/data/log

You can also enable debugging.
