My company is deciding between using Hosted Grafana and one other monitoring vendor. We have a large AWS installation. We have four technical questions that would need resolution before going with Grafana. So far been unable to reach anyone even in sales or support (let alone engineering) to ask. Any recommendations on how to proceed?
