Geomap - Display tooltip Broken since 11.5.4

I am running version 11.5.3 and would like to upgrade to a current release but it seems the Geomap - Display Tooltip display has been broken since 11.5.4 version.

Instead of displaying multiple different locations when you hover of an area it displays only one location repeatedly.

11.5.3 and before:

Looks like there already is one. And it works if you change the layer from ‘marker’ to ‘photo’.
