I can’t get flowchart to drop down in 9.3 on all dashboards. If I go directly to the dashboard I can’t see the flowchart plugin:
However, if I click on a dashboard link to that same dashboard I can see the flowchart plugin:

Same issue. Ive tried this plugin in an older Grafana version and it worked quite fine but in the newest version I have the same problem
