Find/Reset the owner for our account

    Find the owner account of our dashboard.

  • How are you trying to achieve it?
    Not sure. Have sent a support request but didn’t get an answer so trying to ask here.

  • What happened?
    An employee left the company and we found that he signed up to Grafana. But the account we see is only a Viewer, so don’t know how we can find the owner account to regain access.

  • What did you expect to happen?

  • Grafana can let me know more details about that account
  • Let me know what information I need to provide.
  • Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?

  • Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were.

  • Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL?

Can you send me a private message with the URL for your grafana cloud instance? I’ll see if I can find someone to help.

Thanks for your reply. I will message you privately. But I might not know what the URL for our cloud instance is. All I have was the username and password to login to the dashboard.
Update: actually I don’t have an option to message you when selecting your avatar. Would that be Ok if you send me a message first?
