User does not see all the Dashboards

We use LDAP authentication with a general user group. That general group gives all employees “Viewer” access to Org ID 1 and “Editor” access to Org ID 2, 3,12,13,14,15.

A user changed their password, and now cannot access have of the Dashboards.
Is there something we can check.

We tried a different PC new profile and reset browser settings, so it doesn’t appear to be a local client issue.

We solved the issue. The user was logging into the system with their email account instead of their windows login account, so the ldap.toml configuration was not working correctly.
