Facing the below error when trying to create contact point in Grafna

Hi,
when trying to create contact point using API endpoint in python, it is showing the below error.

And when trying to create from local the contact points are getting created but with the same code I’m deploying it in cloudRun the contact points are not getting created and the logs says 500 internal server Error.
what could be the reason behind this error and how to resolve it?
