For any version of Grafana, is it possible to export all aspects of a dashboard (including panel plugin selections and inputs) to an external Grafana user (ex: someone from a different company) so that all they need to do is import the JSON file? Every time I try (new and old versions, cloud and on-prem) it does not pull through the panel selections.

Do you want to export the dashboard json (formatting, queries, datasources, and layout) or a view of the dashboard with data to share externally (similar to a report)?
I was looking to export the dashboard json (formatting, queries, datasources, and layout). However, it was not working when I used the built in export feature. I did discover that the issue was setup on the Grafana instance I was sharing it to. The datasource was not setup correctly and was thus causing issues. This problem has been solved now, thank you for your response.
