Enterprise Plugins Costs

Hi,
Noticed there are a number of Enterprise plugins available, but would like to use them in my local environment.
I noticed that on Pricing - Grafana Cloud | Grafana Labs that I Would I be correct in assuming that I need an Custom license to utilize this?

Anybody have ideas on Costs?
