Enable Grafana Mimir

Hi all,

after playing with Loki (Logs) and Tempo (Tracing), i would like to see how i can use Grafana Mimir (Metrics) on the cloud.

Setting up Loki and Tempo, worked so far and it as well shows up in my account and i can select the datasource.

For Mimir this is completely missing. The only databases i see are graphite and prometheus.

Any chance to enable Mimir on the Cloud? Or is it behind Prometheus and i have to use prometheus?

Would like to create a small prototype and see how my organisation can use Mimir and the complete observability stack with Grafana Cloud.

Hi @Django - Mimir is what we are using to power the Prometheus service. Good call out that we should make this more clear
