Display message/notification on all dashboards

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
    Grafana version : 7.5.4

  • What are you trying to achieve?
    We are planning to upgrade to grafana version 7.5.4 in Prod. After upgrading our test environment to this version we found that some of the Graph panels which use stacked functionality looked different and had some additional straight lines on the graph.

We have a solution to fix those graph panels. Hence after we upgrade the version in prod ,we want to display a notification/message on all dashboards (like announcement displayed at the top of the window) so that users can reach out to us in case their graphs look broken.

Is this possible in Grafana or is there a plugin available that can be used for such type of announcements?

hmmmm,

I suppose one workaround here could be to insert a text panel with a message into a User’s dashboard…
