Hi,
I have a temperature sensor installed in output pipe of the AC and I have Grana/Influxdb combo for this. Usually I use this to see that AC works properly and out coming air is ~10c lower than incoming temperature. Last night I started to think that maybe i can use this temperature sensor to count how much AC runs. When AC kicks on, temperature sensor see the temperature drop immediately and same thing when it stops (see picture).
So i need a derivative and some kind threshold because of course temperature comes down night time but much slower than when AC is running. I’m totally newbie so I’m not even sure is this more Influxdb question than Grafana?
